Account Deletion Request
At TheToolsHub, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and associated data from our platform, please follow the instructions below.
⚠️ Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to all your data, including order history, saved addresses, and preferences.
How to Request Account Deletion
Launch the TheToolsHub mobile application on your device (Android or iOS).
Tap on your profile icon in the bottom navigation bar, then go to "Account Settings" or "Profile Settings".
Scroll down to find the "Delete Account" option under the Account Management section.
If you prefer or cannot access the app, send an email to support@thetoolshub.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered email address or phone number.
For security purposes, we may ask you to verify your identity before proceeding with the deletion.
Your account deletion request will be processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
What Data Will Be Deleted?
Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

What Data Will Be Retained?
For legal, regulatory, and business purposes, certain information may be retained:
